Job DescriptionSNI Companies is looking for an Accounts Receivable Support professional to join one of the best manufacturing companies in Jacksonville, FL! $22 - $23 an hour Full-time, in office position, M - F , 8:00am to 5:00pm Located in the Bartram Park area of Jacksonville, FL. AR Support Summary Perform accounting and clerical tasks, including maintaining and resolving a high volume of chargebacks. Position requires strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Responsibilities: * Daily mail/e-mail invoices to customers. * Daily Cash Validation and Applications (daily deposit, e-payments and checks) * Process and track chargebacks. * Research and resolve daily discrepancies and chargebacks. * Collection calls/emails on past due invoices or open balances on invoices. * Handle customer services requests received via phone, fax, or email. * File freight claims with carriers. * Process returns paperwork. * Track and manage open AR issues. * Admin duties included but not limited to answering phones and covering the receptionist desk. Requirements: * Must be able to pass background check and drug test. * High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred. * 3+ years of previous relevant experience * Proficient Microsoft Office User * Proficient 10-key skills. * Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
