The candidate will join a team with a significant deal flow on a wide variety of securitizations, including credit cards, auto loans, unsecured consumer lines of credit, music royalty, art loans, and whole business securitizations. Will be the primary draftsperson of offering documents and related agreements and overseeing junior associates' assistance with the transaction. The role will involve significant client and investment banker interaction. Should have significant drafting experience and the ability to be the lead associate on matters. This international, mid-sized New York firms core areas of practice include corporate, litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, tax, and trusts and estates. The firm maintains a friendly relaxed atmosphere and many of its attorneys are well known nationally. Associates receive early responsibility as well as good training.
