Mercy Health- St Rita’s Medical Center - Lima, OhioWe are currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our team in giving outstanding care to our patients. Our medical oncology team consists of three physicians, and 4 advanced practitioners. We also have two radiation oncologists and two advanced practitioners providing radiation therapy at location. Our community oncology program boasts a very comprehensive support for patient and provider. We are located less than two hours from Dayton, Toledo, Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit, and Fort Wayne. · 4 RN Navigators, tenured infusion nurses with 95% OCN certification· Office RNs and MAs to support clinic operations.· Active tumor boards with Oncolens and in person· Integrated breast clinic on site weekly· Engaged multidisciplinary team on Cancer Committee· Affiliation with James Cancer Network· GME residency, OSU medical student affiliation, OSU fellowship community oncology rotation· 4 ½ day work week· Cancer Center on main market campus· EPIC EMR· Services 10 county areaThis Position offers:· Strong health system with competitive income guarantee and productivity-based model to follow.· Significant and flexible recruitment incentive optionsPlease reach out if you are interested in hearing more!
