About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. T his role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define product features, and drive the development of our innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, product ownership, and a deep understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and translate them into clear and concise requirements for mobile applications. Use Case and User Story Creation: Translate business requirements into clear and concise use cases and user stories. Collaborate with development teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project goals and deliverables. Release Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications. Work with cross-functional teams to define release scope, schedule, and resource requirements. Quality Assurance and Testing Support: Work closely with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Assist in the identification and resolution of defects during the testing phase. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the mobile app space. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our mobile applications. Requirements Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on mobile applications. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Firm understanding of mobile app development methodologies and technologies. Experience working in Agile SDLC. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively. Ability to work and deliver results independently, self-starter. Proficient in English. Knowledge of JIRA is desired. Expectations and Compensation Work from home with occasional days in office (Rochelle Park, NJ) Pay commensurate with experience.
