( Events Demonstrator)Baths by Nex-Gen / Luxury Bath Technologies is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable and maintenance-free.We are seeking Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for our Colorado Springs, Colorado markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product and securing sales leads for our team. Essential Duties Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees Book appointments Must be available to drive up to 200 miles away and spend a weekend in a hotel to work some shows. We do reimburse for travel, and there can be an option to ride in the company vehicle to and from the event Specific Responsibilities of the Job Maintain a professional appearance throughout event Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth Explain basic product features and benefits Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator Knowledge & Skill Strong communications skills Positive, outgoing personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 30 pounds Available to work weekends Benefits: Medical 401 (k) Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Professional Development In addition to the hourly wage, there is a generous bonus program that allows the right person to earn full time pay for part time work.
