By supporting our clinics with a world-class leadership team, market-leading support services, and an iconic brand experience, we deliver remarkable results that improve the lives of our clients and team members.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. You should be proficient in using accounting software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with the preparation of financial reports Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Assist with year year-end audit request Perform other accounting and financial tasks as needed Qualifications: Associates degree in Accounting or a related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks) Strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Benefits: 401K Matching Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off & six paid holidays Cosmetic perks include discounts on treatments and procedures Medical perks include discounts on medical visits Cosmetic Physician Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
