We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative dedicated to serving our esteemed law firm clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the legal industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients.• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.• Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.• Facilitate the onboarding process for new law firm clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings.• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including communication history and service agreements. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.• Previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role.• Must have HR Staff experience. • Understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with law firm operations.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
