Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Concrete Estimator Responsibilities: Manage invitations to bid Onscreen Quantity Takeoff from Plans & Blueprints Proposal Creation using Excel Spreadsheet Proposal Presentation to Customer Follow Up / Closing of Sale Contract execution Sales Activity Input into CRM Obtain Vendor Pricing Budgeting and Handoff to Production Team Required Experience: Professional verbal skills and communication habits. T echnical background in Concrete Foundations, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management Helpful Skills: Onscreen takeoff. P roficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel).
