Led by groundbreaking pioneers within Aerospace and Defense, including former leaders of NASA, McDonnell Douglas, Northrop Grumman, Airbus, Learjet, and Gulfstream, they are at the forefront of improving overall flying experience and achieving ambitious sustainability goals in both commercial airlines and freight.Volt is immediately hiring a Hydraulic System Architecture EngineerAs a Hydraulic System Architecture Engineer you will: * Be responsible for the installation, integration, and configuration of the hydraulic system and its components in both digital and physical environments. * Be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical system models that predict overall system performance, behavior, thermal loading, and system stress.This is a Full time Direct Hire opportunity with an industry leader in their field!The ideal candidate will have:The Passion of accelerating the future of aerospace and crave the opportunity to join a team of like-minded individuals. * B.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university. * 5 years experience in system design and analysis of complex hydraulic systems (Airplane or space vehicle hydraulic systems preferred, system design in automotive or industrial applications may also be considered). * Experience with software tools such as Siemens NX, AMESIM, and TeamCenter preferredSalary: $120,000-160,000 per year*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: * Unlimited PTO * 10 paid holidays * 401(k) * Medical, Dental, Life health insurance * Disability Insurance * Life Insurance * Supportive work cultureQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
