This includes new hire training content and onboarding as well as supplemental development training for the field sales teams and Marketing. Market Access Training Manager will be accountable for ensuring that training needs are strategically assessed, training is developed, implemented, and evaluated to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. This person will manage materials for the Market Access Academy. This person must possess and leverage subject-matter expertise in managed markets/market access along with best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory. This role continually assesses and evaluates training and developmental needs of stakeholder teams to maintain high quality and impactful training. Additional job responsibilities: Collaborates and communicates closely with Market Access Training Director, Sales, and the Training and Development Department to plan, develop, and implement strategies and tactics to drive achievement of enterprise market access objectivesWorks cross-functionally to create strategic partnerships with the market access, brand and field sales teams, medical, and other internal key stakeholders to ensure training programs and resources are in alignment with brand/company strategies and support achievement of objectivesEffectively manages the training processes and vendor projects to deliver appropriate training curriculumWorks with co-promotion partner(s) to develop mutually beneficial training programsAbility to adapt, work through conflicts, and persuasively influence outcomesAble to manage work in a fast-paced business environmentAble to effectively manage budgets and leverage resources in formal and informal reporting structuresWorks closely with Training and Development Operations on all training projects for support with vendor selection, curriculum design, creation, implementation, and evaluation.
