Description:
The Food and Nutrition Department in Sarah Neuman Nursing Home of The New Jewish Home is searching for a full time Dietary Technician to join our team. This position is needed for our Mamaroneck location. The Dietary technician will be responsible for the delivery of the following functions: Complete Nutrition Assessments, MDS and Care Plans as scheduled. Review monthly and weekly weights, document on weight changes. Maintain documentation of weights for each unit Attend and participate in resident care plan meeting Coordinate individualized menus in accordance with resident's diet order. Conduct meal Rounds Associate Degree in Dietetics or possess a Bachelor's degree and is DTR. Have 1 year experience as Dietary Technician, preferably in Long Term Care. Computer literate and proficiency with EM software.
