Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Greenway Innovations. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, marketing efforts, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the healthcare industry. Our future goal is to develop a sales and marketing team. Responsibilities: · Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.· Proposal Development: Work closely with the leadership team to create compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of Greenway Innovations' services.Ensure proposals align with client requirements and industry regulations.· Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.· Marketing Initiatives: Help implement our marketing campaigns to promote Greenway Innovations' services.Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.· Trade Shows & Events: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and trade shows.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift No weekends Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Experience: B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred) sales: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Florence, KY 41042: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Florence, KY 41042Powered by JazzHR
