Calvary Church seeks a Director for the Calvary Child Development Center, our licensed childcare facility. The Center offers full-day and half-day preschool programs for about 300 children through transitional kindergarten. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic leader passionate about early childhood Christian education. Candidates should:Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to upholding the Calvary Articles of Faith and Mission StatementBe able to provide spiritual guidance, coaching, professional development, and staff assistancePossess strong administrative and management skillsExhibit professionalism in presentations and interactions with othersCultivate and sustain relationships with parents, fostering a positive and supportive communityEnsure the execution of age-appropriate curriculum complies with North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development and CCDC developmental and learning goalsAdhere to regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulationsWork with the assigned State Consultant on annual facility compliance inspectionsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and at least 3–5 years of management/leadership and administrative experience in a licensed childcare facility. Must be a member or willing to become a member of Calvary Church.
