Practice Area: Litigation - eDiscovery General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, Job Title: eDiscovery Attorney Location: Denver, COJob Overview:The eDiscovery Attorney will manage eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations investigations. They will utilize eDiscovery review platforms, advise legal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert, implement custom workflows, and contribute to continuous improvements in eDiscovery processes.Duties:Utilize eDiscovery review platforms, including Relativity, Recommind, and other analytics tools such as TAR, predictive coding, and Early Case Assessment.Handle data processing and document processing efficiently and effectively.Advise legal, compliance, and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues strategies in compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.Work with eDiscovery processes and current evolving eDiscovery technologies, understanding their interrelation with other disciplines such as Information Governance, Data Protection, Data Security, IT, and Compliance.Identify and escalate improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures as necessary.Serve as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics, assisting with the onboarding and training new and existing customers.Implement custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidence.Create and refine standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols, training guides, and review workflows.Requirements:JD degreeIdeally, 5 years of experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigationsAdmission to the Bar (any state)Strong understanding of current eDiscovery law and jurisprudenceDemonstrated understanding of eDiscovery practices and technologiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completionProven ability to identify continuous improvements in policies and processes and execute those improvementsEducation Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degreeAdmission to the Bar (any state)Skills:Proficiency in eDiscovery review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Recommind)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal proceduresBenefits Offered:Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) Retirement PlanFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountFirm-paid holidays, vacation, and sick timeEmployee assistance program and other firm benefits A Vault 10 firm for Labor and Employment Law, this firm is a powerhouse in this realm.
