ICONMA is a Global Information Consulting Management firm providing Professional Staffing Services & Project-Based Solutions for organizations in a broad range of industries. Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote ICONMA and its services. Generate new revenue by selling ICONMA's staffing services and solutions to clients. Identify and pursue new and existing opportunities in the local and national markets by understanding client and market needs. Maintain a list of 50+ mid-size/large companies to actively and aggressively pursue. Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers. Assess customer and key decision-makers' needs and determine the appropriate sales message and sales solution to exceed customer needs. Come up with innovative solutions and ideas in regards to penetrating the existing accounts that are assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 years of business development, sales, or similar experience within the staffing industry OR sales experience in related fields such as consulting, software or IT. Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
