The role will involve leading a small sales and marketing team to drive new business, develop new revenue streams and create a cohesive sales and marketing strategy. You will be a part of the senior leadership team and will have a real impact on the growth of the business, but they also need someone who roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The Role: Help and manage an experienced sales team in order to meet the company growth targets through effective communication and strong leadership Develop a cohesive sales and marketing strategy Grow existing accounts and implement strategies to acquire new customers, optimising penetration opportunities. Identify and backss business opportunities and markets, aligning strategies with key business goals. Define a go-to-market strategy encompassing offerings, marketing, and key messages. Marketing mapping and New business development. Deliver excellent customer service to promote long lasting customer relationships. Salesforce CRM system management including gathering and managing data, analysis, and supplying additional information and support across the business.
