The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day prosecution and litigation tasks, prepare USPTO filings and court pleadings, and effectively communicate with other lawyers. Experience with depositions, drafting IP agreements, and possessing excellent academic credentials, communication skills, and practical judgment are required.Duties:Manage day-to-day prosecution and litigation tasks.Independently prepare USPTO filings and court pleadings.Communicate effectively with other lawyers.Take and defend depositions (experience preferred).Draft IP agreements (experience preferred).Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation experience.Excellent academic credentials.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and practical judgment.Currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, California, DC, or New York.USPTO registration number or patent Bar eligibility is strongly preferred.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, California, DC, or New York.USPTO registration number or patent Bar eligibility preferred.Skills:Proficiency in patent and trademark prosecution and litigation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize workload.Attention to detail and accuracy.Collaboration and teamwork skills.Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
