Description:
Duties and responsibilities: -Manage and coordinate the schedules of our field technicians as requested by customers. -Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service requests. -Communicate and direct field technicians on work to be completed. -Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions; following up to ensure resolution. -Document patterns that may indicate a larger problem with service that needs to be resolved. -Request and following up with purchase orders until received from customers -Assist payroll in resolving any time-sheet discrepancies -Answer incoming customer inquiries -Record customer information within our database -Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. -Offer support and solutions to our customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies. -Data entry, note taking -Other projects assigned -Person should be fluent in both English and Spanish
