Description:

Silgan is seeking experienced Blow Mold Maintenance Technician applicants that have been responsible for performing machine repair and preventative maintenance duties on blow mold tooling, etc. Experience with mold changes, maintaining thermoplastic molds to ensure consistent quality, troubleshooting any problems involved with mold repairs, training or experience in air, electrical, mechanical as well as a variety of other duties.Basic Qualifications: * Knowledge in one or more: electronics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, mechanical * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Minimum of 1 year mold maintenance or set-up experience in plastic injection moldingLIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER (Non-Canada) The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
