JOB DESCRIPTION Primary duties include managing day to day fleet operations. * Running fleet reports, assigning vehicles, ensuring all PM's are scheduled and completed for all fleet vehicles. * Work closely with Vehicare shop to ensure all PO's are approved and completed in a timely manner. * Maintain Structure and approval summaries. * Receiving new vehicles and remarketing vehicles when they have reached the end of life. Location: Carlsbad, NMContract Duration: 12 months to extension Other: Additional benefits of this role include a comprehensive benefits package (including PTO/vacation, medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and more), All offers of employment subject to passing of drug & alcohol screeningAuthorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is requiredRESPONSIBILITIES * Other responsibilities include providing backup to the Office Administrator with clerical and administrative duties. * Duties to include filing, data entry, data management, scheduling, and providing general support to staff. * Day to day management of the office. QUALIFICATIONS * Display effective verbal and written communication skills. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, across different teams and departments, 3rd parties, and outside officials. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desire to learn additional systems. * Ability to multi-task with a strong focus on detail.
