We are a small church in a rural Nebraska community with a thriving congregationthat includes many young families. We are actively seeking a replacement for ourpastor of 15 years, whose roles will include preaching, funerals/weddings, baptisms,community involvement, and interaction with the congregation.Our church is looking for someone who prioritizes relationships with members ofthe congregation and values community outreach. Teachings must be Bible-based.While a Mennonite theology is not required, knowledge of the Mennonite churchand its values are preferred.Previous experience and education are not strictly required; however, a mentorshipopportunity with the current pastor is available and encouraged.
