Practice Setting: Join a team of 3 Urologists in our award-winning healthcare system Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Oncology, Neurology, and General, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecology/Oncology, and Oncology Surgery. New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth Davinci XI robot and 3T MRI, robotic certification is required prior to start Oncological Urology along with General Urology cases required State of the art clinic built in August 2023 Schedule: Busy practice with the ability to see 25+ patients per clinic day 1:4 call taken in 1-week blocks Compensation & Benefits: $500k base compensation + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential $50,000 recruitment incentive Student loan forgiveness Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plan with contribution, malpractice coverage, CME allowance & time, plus 4 weeks of paid time off Location Details: The California coastline offers views of the Pacific Ocean, natural beauty, and a year-round temperate climate Home to quality educational institutions Residents can take short drives to explore Big Sur’s coastline, Carmel-by-the Sea, and Napa Valley As a Blue Zone-certified area, the community promotes health and wellness through various programs, fitness initiatives, and farmers' markets JN -022024-30137
