Your Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Nutanix, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Ownership of Executive Search Life Cycles : You will take charge of talent acquisition projects across various business units for global technical and engineering leadership roles. TA Business Partnership : Act as a strategic partner with business units, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing both proactive and reactive support to ensure the fulfillment of talent needs. Direct Management of Leadership Searches : Lead multiple leadership searches from inception to fulfillment and collaborating with other global TA partners as necessary to meet objectives effectively and efficiently. Establish Strategic Relationships : Develop and maintain results-driven relationships with senior leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. Exceed Expectations Recruitment Strategies : Create and execute recruitment strategies that consistently exceed expectations, leveraging innovative approaches to attract and retain top-tier talent. Utilization of Direct Sourcing Tools : Harness all available direct sourcing tools to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates. Champion Recruitment Best Practices : Serve as an advocate for recruitment best practices, providing guidance and support to clients and business units to optimize hiring processes. Support Delivery Targets : Contribute to the achievement of the team's overall delivery targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Effective Leadership Communication : Communicate effectively with hiring managers, providing insights into market conditions, candidate availability and salary benchmarks to inform decision-making. Metrics Maintenance : Maintain critical recruitment metrics and uphold the highest standards of data integrity within reporting and tacking processes. What You Will Bring This is a greater San Jose, CA, based hybrid role. Minimum 5 Years of Executive / Leadership Search Experience : Possess at least five years of full-cycle leadership search experience recruiting top-tier technical and engineering leadership talent within the technology/software industry. Prefer global experience. Proven Track Record : Demonstrate a track record of successful leadership search fulfillment and effective & efficient execution of high profile recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, client/stakeholder interactions and negotiating offers. Strong Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective and positive collaboration and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels. About the Team The executive and leadership search team is US based and led by Martin Miller. https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinmiller/ The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $185,120 and USD $ 277,680 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
