Description:
Part-Time: Physician, Group Medical Visit Facilitator Required Skills & Qualifications :* California Medical License, MD or DO. * DEA Certificate, CPR and Board Certification.* Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. * Good verbal and written communication skills.* Strong problem-solving skills.* Ability to work as a member of a team. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. * Available to work dependable, flexible shift. Description of Duties :* Supervises residents, mid-levels, students, and other clinical support staff as appropriate.* Group Medical Visit: Facilitation, curriculum development, training, and operational integration.* Population Health Equity Physician.* Helps develop the model of care for GMV.* Teaches and instructs faculty, residents, and staff in GMV operations and function.* Supervises and runs the GMV program with residents and staff. * Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients assigned to physician's panel.* Keeps and maintains appropriate and accurate records and patient charts. * Other duties may be assigned.
