Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to contribute to the Marketing and Business Development Department. They are looking for someone consistent who is able to work under pressing deadlines. Responsibilities: Coordinate and produce Requests for Information (RFIs) Review proposal requirements and develop work plans Track and report metrics on proposal activities using Salesforce and other platforms Schedule and participate in proposal/presentation daft review meetings Coordinate various logistics and manage production of pitch drafts and oversee version control About You: A Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of business development and/or marketing or communications related experience Excellent writing and proofreading skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of sourcing portals and management databases a plus Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
