Urologist needed in Olympia Fields, IL30 minutes to Chicago, ILFull time, permanent This physician will mentor medical students and residents. This person will have a passion for excellence in teaching both at the bedside and in didactic sessions and be passionate as well about the academic, intellectual and career development of our trainees at all levels.WHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR timeMany procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. excluding vasectomiesAverage outpatient clinic volumes: 15 25 per dayCall 1:2 with residents taking first callInpatient rounding as neededMinimum two years teaching and leadership experienceWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentivesGenerous recruitment bonus program including relocation allowance; commencement and retention packagesPaid malpracticeFull benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insuranceRetirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation DisabilityLeadership development through board and committee opportunities
