The ideal candidate must be admitted to the Ohio and Kentucky Bar, with a preference for experience in Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations.Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other legal correspondence.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to strategize and manage cases effectively.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Ohio and Kentucky Bar.2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in a client-facing role.Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law.Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Ohio and Kentucky.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Ohio and Kentucky Bar.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents.Client counseling and representation.Case management and organization.Communication and negotiation.
