EVOLOH is looking at strengthening its customer outreach and create a commercial momentum around its advanced alkaline electrolyzer stack technology. The Commercial development support person, will be a key pillar to our nascent team to help us navigate and stir our commercial strategy through a data-driven lens. Responsibilities: • Support current customer data tracking in main repository jointly with Commercial Development Team and refine key data to include in future CRM use. • Create and support customer activity dashboards for quarterly board reporting on Commercial KPIs and regular internal communication purposes (CEO, Commercial development and R&D Teams) • Create and Support marketing analytics dashboard : Social media/website traffic/Measure lead generation strategy KPIs with Commercial development team support • Competitive intelligence: Gather data and provide key insights on current industry and trends worldwide (KPIs, financial reports, PR etc.) - to support strategic thinking on current customer focus and make recommendations on EVOLOH's commercial strategy plan • Communication/marketing execution: Identify and support marketing material creation, sales tool display (LCOH) • Customer engagement at RFI/RFP level to support EPC discussions • Collaborate with FP&A Team on Financial KPIs ad’hoc Qualifications: • Bachelors or Advanced degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field. • 2-3 years of data analytics experience.
