Position Summary :City Wide Jani Inc. is looking for reliable candidates to fulfill a part time custodial position in Southside Chicago, Illinois. Shifts are scheduled between the hours of 7am - 1pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interior and Exterior - Residential Common Areas, Grounds, , and any other area assigned by supervisor Empty Trash from any and all trash receptacles Dust window sills, air vents and any other area assigned by supervisor Clean and sterilize restroom facilities Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes Sterilize all high use areas to reduce the spread of bacteria and any other harmful agents Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to Operations Manager Maintain the grounds surrounding the property Ensure adherence to OSHA and maximum safety procedures Perform other duties as delegated by Supervisor Benefits: Paid Training Rate of pay $15.80 per hour Aflac Supplemental Insurance Payactiv (Work today/ Paid tomorrow) Sick Leave 401K Matching Employee Referral Bonus $150 *MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**Qualifications Day Availability (7a-1p) Custodial experience preferred but not required. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50lbs Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risk and exposure to hazardous chemicals Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug test Must be willing to wear a mask Vehicle required.
