Title: Engineer (Commercial Power) Place of Performance: Reston, VA Mandatory Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI Clearance JFL Consulting, LLC is seeking a full-time Engineer with several years of experience with the setup/construction, operation, and servicing of large power systems for energy intensive industries or facilities (i.e. U.S. Military Bases). Required Skills and Qualifications Possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. In lieu of a degree, with at least five (5) years of directly related operational experience may be a substitute. Applicant will require a minimum of 5 years in either designing, installing, maintaining and/or repairing industrial power systems to include the other mechanical support systems. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicant will be required to produce written technical reports, presentations and give briefings to technical and non-technical personnel. Desired Skills and Qualifications Supported a commercial or military engineering or utility department for an installation, facility or vessel (i.e. ship’s engine room). Supported nuclear, chemical, petrochemical or manufacturing facility(s).
