Job Summary and Qualifications Provides departmental leadership, improves organizational performance, and manages environment of care, budget, staffing, and quality of care. Works under the supervision of the CNO. What qualifications you will need: 2+ years of Recent ACUTE CARE Manager/ Director Experience in the CVICU REQUIRED Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) BSN REQUIRED Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
