Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work both independently and in a team Be self-motivated, ask questions, and find creative solutions to business problems. Distill ambiguous customer requests into concrete requirements Take complex ideas and communicate them clearly and concisely Enjoy collaboration, with a preference for face-to-face communication, be open to giving and receiving feedback Exhibit a passion for good UX design and continuous learning Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.) Excellent design skills and ability to show past work Ability to recognize usability patterns and promote best practices Ability to take an idea from concept to wireframe, receive feedback from peers and turn it into a final prototype Be open and able to react to critique and feedback from peers and stakeholders Degree in Computer Science, Design, IT or related field Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
