We build projects that impact lives every day. Responsibilities: Review and distribute project agreements, schedules, and documents Prepare transmittal letters and meeting minutes Coordinate project reproduction and distribution Assist with contract amendments and bid document distribution Compile data for construction cost estimates Assist with bid advertisements and addendum preparation Maintain contract databases and manage change orders Receive and process construction correspondence and submittals Coordinate shop drawing submittals and RFI's Prepare construction contract completion documents Coordinate forms for authority having jurisdiction Requirements: High school Diploma and two years of practical experience in Architectural and Engineering projects Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plans Professional development opportunities Equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR
