Job Title: Analyst, Accounting Automation 9939 DFW Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: W2 Contract, , 80-100% on-site Duration: 6 months Description: This job is a part of the Accounting Automation team within our Finance division. Responsible for providing support to Spend Cube users, Accounting Automation, Finance and Procurement groups. Responsibilities: • Assist stakeholders with determining in / out of scope spend of spend Cube • Analyzes and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources to create documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts and test results • Assists with developing and performing the testing related to the payroll system and downstream systems • Assist in meeting SDLC (system development life cycle) audit controls/documentation • Assist in tying out RTM (Requirements Tracking Matrix) to user testing • Assist in performing ITGC (IT General Controls) & BPGC (Business Process General Controls) testing with audit • Assists in identifying and documenting internal controls in support of auditing team • Some travel required, as needed • Assist Spend Cube users to resolve reporting issues, answer questions and guide users with Spend Cube User best practices. • Coordinates Spend Cube communication and maintains communication records. • Assists with Spend Cube Release/Upgrade management. Provides a clear understanding of user impacts, documenting potential configuration conflicts to our Spend Cube platform design and research logged defects for corrective actions or solutions. Help test quarterly Spend Cube release enhancements. • Creates customized views and reports in Spend Cube and schedules them for delivery as needed. • Manage projects and provide project support for Spend Cube configuration and systems integrations; assists with testing configuration changes/updates. • Generates and Analyzes ad hoc reports using Spend Cube or Cognos. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree; with 3+ years experience in finance, accounting or procurement functions or equivalent experience • Project management experience • Familiarity with SOX compliance and governance requirements • System knowledge and experience - Spend Cube, Cognos, SAP, Mosaic, Hyperion Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and strong quantitative and analytical skills • Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop creative solutions to business and operational challenges • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Cognos and analytics tools • Knowledge of agile project management • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Power BI, Azure, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Knowledge of Spend Analytics, and/or Source to Pay systems • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities, Attention to detail Powered by JazzHR
