The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be proactive in their approach to cases.Duties:Take charge of assigned cases and actively participate in legal strategy development.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Prepare persuasive legal memoranda and arguments.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.Requirements:3-5 years of relevant experience in litigation.Excellent academic credentials.Strong research and writing skills.Admission to practice law in California.Previous experience in professional liability, medical malpractice, and general liability is preferred.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
