The candidate will be assisting partnerships and private companies in managing through and resolving partner, shareholder, and/or board conflicts and disputes and numerous other business disputes. This firm has a sophisticated and diverse practice, serving individuals and family owned businesses as well as serving as general or special counsel to many entities. This firm has an active recruitment program designed to locate and hire the best-qualified law student and attorney candidates, but they also hire lawyers laterally from other firms to address specific hiring needs. The firm focuses primarily on three practice areas: business, litigation and trust/estate planning, and the lawyers devote significant amounts of time to professional activities, including the local, state and national bar associations.
