I. Job Summary Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Responsible to enforce ordinances, rules, and regulationsExercises independent judgment to make immediate decisions in contacting police, fire, rescue, Pa Fish and/or Game Commission Inspect property to protect the company interests as well as our members, employees and/or guestsInteraction with Police, Pa Fish & Boat Commission, PA Game Commission, Attorneys, and other company representativesDeter criminal activity and other issuesRespond to complaints, reports of violations, theft, and assistance requested by our membershipIssue written warnings, and citations to any/all violatorsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and direct trafficKnowledge of radio and telephone communication device(s) usage for member assistanceVerbal and written reports of incidents /accidents that may be requested by attorney, police, the Fish and Game Wardens & the companyHandle typical & crisis situations efficiently and effectivelyCourt liaison Testify in Court and other legal proceedingsWork with local law enforcement agenciesWork in adverse weather conditionsMaintain a positive and professional image (friendly & helpful attitude)Handle and resolve situations in a calm fashionStrong verbal communication skillsAble to stand, walk or drive continuously for long periods of timesDetermine work prioritiesWritten log of daily activities & completion of DVIR for any/all vehicles operatedComplete visual inspection of the property and note problems or safety issues on reportOversee the Club property and other Waste Management properties as needed to detect violationsMaintain order during emergency situationsOperate Club Boat on the Penn Warner Clubs lakes (2000 acres), when and if necessary to ensure compliance, safe operations of all boating practices of the Commonwealth, as well as Penn Warner ClubDay, evening, Holiday, and weekend work mandatoryIII. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: None required. Experience: No prior work experience required. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies. Must have a Driver's License C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required None required. V. Work Environment Listed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.
