Sales Executive, West - B2B SaaS Full time | Remote - USA** Job Snapshot We’re looking for experienced full-cycle Sales Professionals with a strong history in the world of B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have the drive of Gordon Gekko, the good nature of Tommy Boy and a high tolerance for movie and sports references. If you live to turn No to Yes and want to have business cards that say bacon on them, this might be the job for you. This role includes responsibility of prospecting and selling to 100% new companies. This role does not include responsibility for renewals, additional business, and/or account management for existing clients. Some of your key responsibilities 100% HUNTING for new prospects via cold calling and building relationships. Quickly get up to speed within our construction vertical. Keep great notes and routinely update activity in HubSpot. Attending weekly meetings and training sessions, eager to contribute to our internal processes. Follow our 90-day game plan to success. We are a financial technology software company in the prevailing wage vertical, so having SaaS experience and/or being comfortable with technology is critical. Having excellent communication skills and a solid commitment to follow through is key to being successful in this role. It’s also important that you’re curious, eager to learn and know how to use your resources to achieve your goals. About You You’ve got a solid 2 years under your belt selling in B2B SaaS, and you’ve smashed your revenue targets. You’re a true hunter! Cold calling? Bring it on. You thrive in the fast-paced world of generating leads and driving sales growth. You’ve sold products in the $10,000–$100,000 annual recurring revenue ballpark. Price objections? You handle them like a pro, because we’re all about that top-grade Wagyu, not your average ground chuck. You’re a fixer and an appointment-setting whiz. You love digging into others’ problems and finding killer solutions for their prevailing wage, payroll, and time and attendance headaches. Positive mindset and a hunger for victory are your trademarks. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship Compensation On Target Earnings, first year: $85k - $95k On Target Earnings, second year: $150k-$250k On Target Earnings, third year and beyond: $250k ** Remote employment currently available in the following US states only: AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, ND, OK, SD, TN, TX, or UT.
