Job DescriptionCompetitive pay of $25.00 /Hr.We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Delivery Associate in our Millwork Division. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive materials and deliver them to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities: * Track and maintain organized inventory * Load/ Unload trailers * Receiving and processing warehouse stock products * Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule * Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits * Keep a clean and safe working environment * Report any discrepancies * Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment * Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations * Follow all driving safety rules * Other duties as required, based on Company needsPreferred Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED preferred * Experience in a warehouse setting or construction industry preferred * Maintain a valid driver's license in the state employed * Forklift Certified preferred * Qualified for DOT vehiclesMotor Vehicle Report to be completed, contingent upon employment.Physical Demands * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50+ lbs. * Must be able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees to handle materials. * Must be able to stand for extended periods.Work Environment * Works inside and outside as needed. * Able to adapt to weather conditions as needed.Benefits: * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Supplemental Insurance (Short- and Long-Term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, critical illness, supplemental life insurance) * Company Paid Life Insurance * 401(K) (Pre-Tax and Post-Tax) Roth 401(k) with company matching * Longevity Stock Program * IBP Foundation * Scholarship opportunities * Employee financial assistance Program * Paid vacation and holidays * Opportunities for growth and advancementOverhead Door Company Burlington is part of the Installed Building Products (IBP) family of companies and has been providing the highest quality garage doors, garage door openers, and commercial door systems since 1981.
