Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Responsibility to shape and deliver various Workday implementation projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria Responsibility fora majority ofday to day client communications Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team Responsibility for management of engagement financials Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Youre focused on the future with a desire to develop inclusive, responsible and sustainable solutions to complex challenges Here's what you need: Workday Partner Certification Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role Minimum of 4 years of Workday Implementations Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience. Bonus points if you have: 10 years of Workday-related implementations Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
