The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic, writing, and research credentials, with a preference for prior experience in representing employers and educational institutions. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to employers and educational institutions.Conduct legal research and analysis on employment and education law issues.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and administrative proceedings.Advise on employment-related matters such as discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.Handle cases involving educational law, including student rights and institutional policies. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in Arizona or eligibility for admission.Excellent academic credentials.2+ years of experience in employment and education law.Prior experience representing employers and educational institutions is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in Arizona or eligibility for admission. Skills:Strong legal writing and research skills.Comprehensive understanding of employment and education law.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in legal documentation.
