Senior Building Physics Consultant Ref: BM126 My client is one of the UKs leading independent sustainability consultancys and has led the improvement of environmental performances of buildings for almost 20 years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Building Physics consultant to join their Building Physics team is Guildford. Role responsibilities include: Providing clients with sustainable solutions and strategies on a variety of services that include thermal comfort and overheating, low: zero carbon feasibility studies, daylight calculations, building regulations compliance, and SAP and SBEM. Consult on M and E strategies for residential and commercial projects Produce high quality reports and manage client accounts, developing and maintaining working relationships Assist the design team on a range of projects Requirements for the role include: Relevant degree in an engineering or sustainability field Strong experience within a consultancy role in the built environment Demonstratable experience and knowledge with M and E systems Experience with IES VE, Sketch Up, Auto CAD, and CFD Live within a commutable distance to Guildford Full UK driving license Benefits of the role include: Competitive salary and individual bonuses Pension contribution 25 days annual leave as well as bank holidays, Sabbaticals Cycle to work scheme If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email There are many more roles available on our website at penguinrecruitment.
