The National Security Sector at Leidos is hiring for an Enterprise Architect to support the government customer in planning and implementing enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and integration practices to enable a secure and interoperable IC InformationThis position is contingent upon contract awardWhat you'll be doing:--- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and processes that support the IC missions and operations. * Maintain daily communication with government leads to understand requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals, and support needs. * Identify and define future capability and interoperability needs by working with multiple offices and organizations. * Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across the enterprise. * Conduct systems engineering analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and engineering efforts, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs. * Facilitate communication and collaboration between IC workgroups to align efforts and to identify, address and implement solutions to enterprise issuesWhat does Leidos need from me?--- Must have an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. * BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience with 14 plus years in software development, technology management, system engineering or related field12 plus years of experience with Master's degree. * Expertise in software and application design, related architecture(s), and best practices. * Superior attention to detail & high quality organizational, communication, and leadership skillsOriginal Posting Date: 2024-02-23 While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed abovePay Range: Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only -and not a guarantee of compensation or salaryAdditional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
