Resource Management Concepts, Inc(RMC) provides high-quality, professional services to government and commercial sectorsOur mission is to deliver exceptional management and technology solutions supporting the protection and preservation of the people and environment of the United States of AmericaRMC is hiring for a System Administrator who will provide System Administrator support to an RDT&E environmentThe selected applicant will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of windows workstations and servers and perform hardware and software installationsThe selected applicant will:--- Support virtual and physical workstation and server configurations--- Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment--- Provide Windows 10 workstation and Server 2019 administration--- Support the virtualization of Windows systems (VMWare ESXi)--- Provide ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support--- Support Active Directory--- Monitoring performance including monitoring disk space, utilization, capacity and availability--- Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cyber security standards to include NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) C&A Standards--- Create and maintain user accounts and install hardware/software.--- Perform system backup and recovery.--- Administer network security measuresA master's degree and ten (10) years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is requiredFour (4) years of additional related work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeThe selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environmentsAn active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to startApplicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
