DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business specializing in providing innovative solutions to various government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1982DCCA is proud to offer career growth opportunities and a competitive compensation and benefits packageVisit our website at: www.dcca.com Integration / Test Engineer Candidate must have an active TS/SCI w/ Poly to be considered Key Tasks:--- Participate in the verification attribute and methodology development, creating key test artifacts essential for comprehensive program testing.--- Perform specific test procedure development, including automated tests, as part of the artifacts required to complete prior to formal testing.--- Perform specific test procedure execution per the defined procedures, coordinating across all test participants and witnesses, documenting all execution details.--- Provide formal and informal verification event support including chart development, evidence and report capture, and test activity management.--- Develop automated testing with full stack web applications using Java and cloud technologies.--- Follow the software development lifecycle concepts: Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and other strategies.--- Conduct and support test planning, coordination, and execution activities to include building and executing plans and schedules.--- Participate in management of mission requirements - allocation, verification, and validation.--- Lead and verify analyses of the Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)--- Oversee and guide the management of mission requirements - allocation, verification, and validation.--- Develop mission verification execution plans - schedules, staffing, and cost--- Facilitate specific test procedure development/execution, including automated tests, as part of the artifacts--- Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment with both internal and external customers Education/Certifications:--- Bachelors' of Science degree is preferred--- Security+ certification is preferred The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 156,000 - 224,000The final salary will be determined based on various factorsOur comprehensive benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, paid disability, and life insurance programs, employee assistance programs, paid and unpaid leave programs, education assistance, and wellness initiativesCOVID Safety Requirements DCCA is committed to the safety of our workforce and customers, adhering to COVID-19 Safety Protocols as required by the company, our customers and the Safer Federal Workforce Task ForceSome customer facilities require all employees to provide proof of vaccination status as a condition of employment, subject to approved medical or religious accommodationsMask wearing and frequent COVID testing/attestation may also be requiredDCCA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status .
