Assembly Technician - Epoxy Experience

Job Purpose: Assemble and inspect assemblies using soldering and epoxy processes according to required work instructions and specification, in a Clean room Environment. Job Duties: Perform epoxy and die eutectic attachmentPerform epoxy and substrate eutectic attachment.Perform ribbon and wire bonding processes on a variety of machinesPerform mechanical assembly utilizing hand tools and equipment Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (2 year Technical Degree preferred)5 to 7 years of assembly experience using a microscope (having both Hi Mag + Low Mag experience preferred)SMT automated tooling experience a plusJ-STD-001 experience a plus Read, understand and interpret drawing specifications and follow established procedures to assemble products.
