Overview Coordinates the processing of the Bank's daily incoming and outgoing mail in conformance with USPS and shipping carrier requirements while also maintaining established Bank policies and procedures. Processes daily mailings using industry standard equipment. Daily driving required to other corporate locations.Manages Network Printer supplies and service calls by monitoring web-based portal showing current supply levels and printer statuses. Places service calls with preferred vendor and maintains supplies to keep devices fully operational to meet the needs of the business.Performs other functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. Responsibilities Picks up mail, sorts, and delivers to appropriate departments. Receives supplies, packages, copy paper, and all other deliveries. Logs all incoming accountable packages/mail using handheld scanning devices to capture delivery signature of recipient. Processes all Bank mail. Presorts and accurately posts U.S. mail from all Bank locations. Maintains supplies and service for department equipment. Monitors and refills meter as necessary. Maintains volume info as requested/needed. Delivers mail/packages via bank vehicle between the Operations Center and other corporate locations daily. Other locations as requested. Places service calls and orders supplies as needed to support Network Printers across all Bank locations. Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines. Ensures full compliance with the Bank's Information Security Policies and Procedures. Refers sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives. Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required. Qualifications Work Experience 1-2 years of previous mailroom or office work experience is preferred Additional Requirements A basic understanding of postal processes, rules, and regulations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required. Knowledge of Pitney Bowes mailing and tracking systems a plus. Must possess intermediate technology skills, including Windows Office (Word, Excel) and Windows Outlook (email).
