Our client, a global medical association, is looking for a Grant Program Associate to serve as a liaison between grantees, research programs, and internal and external finance and research staff. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in this remote/hybrid position.Responsibilities: Manage and facilitate application, review, and awards process for grants, scholarships, and awards program Create and monitor reporting schedules, approvals, deadlines, and requirements to ensure processing Manage and keep up to date on research projects and programs on the websites Work with Development department to secure funding for grant program Other administrative duties as assigned About You: 3+ years of experience as a project administrator 1+ years of experience working in research grant administration Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills both written and verbal Experience with database management and familiarity with medical terminology preferred Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
