Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm and this position is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities: Provide support throughout the investor relations process Update and maintain the internal CRM Create and maintain marketing materials Manage busy calendars and scheduling Qualifications: Degree required 2-4+ years' experience in financial services Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Ability to handle highly sensitive materials in a confidential manner Compensation/Benefits: Up to $125K base depending on experience + bonus Medical, dental, and vision plans 80% covered by employer 15 days' vacation, sick days, and standard holidays Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
