Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Investigate referrals and references. Establish recruiting strategies to identify top talent to target. Verify employment eligibility of each applicant. Schedule interviews and conduct follow up. Create new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process. Work with HR Director & HR Generalist in dispersing jobs to staffing agencies. Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions.
